Shipping Fees: U.S. Orders
A shipping and handling fee of $10.00 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book will be added to your total order.
Shipping Fees: Outside U.S.
For book or CD orders from outside the U.S., shipping and handling fees of $10, plus $5.00 per item, plus $8 per pound will be added to your order.
Book Returns Policy
- Full refund of purchase price (excluding shipping fees) guaranteed for books returned undamaged within 15 days of shipping date. Insure for full value and retain copy of proof of shipment. CD products may not be returned for refund.
- Books or CDs received damaged or defective should be returned promptly. Replacement will be made.
If you are unable to attend the seminar or course for which you have registered, you can substitute another person in your place or transfer your registration to another date or another seminar of equal (or lesser) value without penalty for a period of one year following the starting date of the seminar for which you registered. However, your request for substitution or transfer must be made in writing. Please see www.aeeprograms.com/seminars/LiveSeminars for courses available. Only one transfer is permitted, only AEE direct seminars qualify, registrant may not transfer to AEE chapter seminar offering, other provider seminar offering, or in-house run programs, and no difference in registration fees paid shall be refunded. If the transfer is to a higher cost seminar, the attendee shall pay AEE Seminars the difference. All transfers expire within one year of the start day of the original seminar without exception.
Seminar registration fees for registrants from countries outside the U.S. (for both live and online AEE seminars) must be pre-paid in U.S. dollars before the seminar begins in order for the registrant to be admitted to the seminar. Prices listed for seminars are in U.S. dollars. Failure to pay seminar registration will result in certification suspension (if applicable).
All cancellations must be made in writing. For registrations cancelled 21 days or more prior to the program date, full paid program fee less a $200 service charge ($100 service charge for Realtime online seminars) will be refunded. For registrations cancelled 20 days or less prior to the program date, the full program fee will be assessed and no refund will be made. If you no show for a seminar you forfeit your seminar fee and no refunds will be made. For online seminars, if within 10 days of your attendance you notify AEE Seminars in writing that you are not satisfied with an online course and chose not to complete the course, we will issue you a credit enabling you to transfer your registration to another online seminar of equal (or lesser) value, this credit to be used within a period of 3 months of issue date. No difference in registration fees paid shall be refunded, and if the transfer is to a higher cost seminar, the attendee shall pay AEE Seminars the cost difference.
Should a seminar program be cancelled, postponed or experience a program date change because of illness, weather, acts of God, labor disputes or any other reason whatsoever at the determination of the seminar department, attendees will be notified by email (attendee’s email address provided in their original registration) as early as possible, and our liability will be solely limited to the return of the registration fee. Attendees agree to these terms and conditions by registering for a program.
EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION POLICY

The following policy applies to an exhibitor's participation in the World Energy Engineering Congress, GLOBALCON, or the West Coast Energy Management Congress:
Cancellation, change of booth space, change of Exhibitor information, and refund policy:
(a) Exhibitor agrees to notify Show Management in writing if it needs to change its booth size, change its company listing and/or contact information, as well as if it needs to cancel out of the show.
(b) Written cancellation received by Exhibit Manager more than 120 days prior to the opening date of the show, cancellation fee of 50% of total booth cost (internet and directory ads are non-refundable) will be assessed.
(c) Written cancellation received within 60 to 120 days prior to the opening date of the show, cancellation / penalty fee of full amount of booth cost (internet and directory ads are non-refundable) will be assessed regardless of cancellation notification, and no refund will be made.
(d) Written cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the opening date of the show, total payment for the booth space (internet and directory ads are non-refundable) is due regardless of cancellation notification, and no refunds will be made.
(e) If an Exhibitor decreases its booth size from the original contract, it will be deemed a cancellation for the booths decreased, and the show's cancellation schedule will apply. Exhibitor agrees to immediately notify AEE Show Management in writing prior to the show of any changes in company profile. Upon submitting the reservation/contract form, exhibiting company is liable for payment for applicable booth space fee. No refunds or transfers of Exhibitor funds are permitted. In case of a dispute, the governing laws of Georgia will apply. In case of a dispute, the governing laws of Georgia will apply. Any legal or collection-related costs incurred by Show Management resulting from delinquent payment by Exhibitor will be paid by Exhibitor.
